We’ve had such a fantastic experience renting at Bull Mountain Heights! From the very beginning, Emma was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process and making sure we found a home that fit our needs perfectly. Moving in was a breeze, and our unit was spotless and ready for us. One of the things we love most is how dog-friendly the community is. Our pup absolutely loves the on-site dog park, and it’s been a great place to meet other pet owners. The amenities here are also a huge plus, and the location is super convenient, with everything we need just a short drive away. The team here truly goes above and beyond—even after moving in, they were quick to take care of a small maintenance issue we had. It’s clear they genuinely care about making this a great place to live. We’re so happy to call Bull Mountain Heights home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-maintained community!

I've lived in many different apartments throughout my life, and never have I come across such amazing people as those who work here. Makenna and Emma work in the office, and they are so kind, and actually care about their residents. They are honest as well, a lot of places put on a good face and will say anything before you sign the lease, but these two were so caring throughout the time I lived here, and even after I have moved out. If they tell you something, its not just to get you to sign a lease. They throw resident events each month as well, which we enjoyed, and its a nice way to get to interact with everyone. The maintenance staff is amazing as well, Brandon is quick to resolve any maintenance issues, and is very respectful of your home, and he knows how to fix just about anything. This is the only place I've ever felt sad to leave because of the employees, but it is true, if you live here, you will know what I mean.

I want to give a shout out to Brandon, maintenance supervisor. He did a fantastic job helping me with my A/C. I just moved in. Because of Brandon's outgoing personality, etc. I feel like I'm starting to settle in. He's definitely an asset to this property!!! June 5th 2024- I've been here for almost 3 weeks. I'm quite disappointed with the management office. I have been yelled at over the phone, and when I've tried to talk I'm treated like a child. I've been promised things before I signed my lease. Then when I asked for help with certain things after I moved in. I was told "NO, we can't do that" that's not ok in my opinion. Please DON'T tell me you can do something and then refuse after my lease is signed. I'm changing my rating due to the office staff, because I really appreciate the maintenance team. I do hope things get better.

My washer started to leak and Brandon the maintenance man, came first thing first! He worked to find the problem then ended up replacing my washer. The whole process was fast and relieving. 😅The staff here is really easy to work with, super communicative, and just awesome(.) Makenna the property manger, made my whole move in super smooth, moving can be scary and stressful! But I felt like the staff took care of me 👏

The current management is doing great at providing a good customer service to the residents, I called today for an issue with my rent and it was resolved right away plus they are showing that they care about us having a good experience living here, I talked to McKenna today and she was professional and polite, she said she was gonna call me back and she did, honestly I wasn't expecting it, but she did call me back, and resolved my issue immediately, they had improve a lot. It’s been 2 months since my toilet is making this huge, scary noise, both Brando and the other maintenance person came in promising to come back to fix it, they haven’t fixed it, I had called to the office twice, I talked to Mat or Max and he said he was gonna email with updates he never did, they don’t care about their residents, it bothers me a lot when somebody tells they will do something and they don’t, and all of them always promise something and never actually do it, I’m tired of dealing with all of these people, I won’t pay for the rent until you fix my toilet Enough is enough, they shut down the water in the building without even letting the residents know, also you can no leave a review because all of them get on you, McKenna came to my door the other day yelling at me just because I express my opinion in a review that was not professional, my toilet is been making a noise for more than a month and they still haven’t fixed it, Brandon had told me more than 03 times that he will come to fix it, I’m still waiting, they treat their residents pretty badly like we are living here for free.

The well kept amenities here at Bull Mountain make it pleasurable to live here. The fun events and raffles have been so unexpected and fun giving me a sense of community. 5 stars for Brandon, my maintenence person. 3 stars for the apartment for taking months to follow through on my work order, so I guess 4 stars make it even. My fridge has not been working properly since I moved in months ago, it had a water leak. I put a work order in, but hadn't heard anything for months. I understand COVID and the worker shortage makes it hard, but there was very little communication on if/when I'd even get help. I came home today and my fridge just straight up stopped working, everything in there was warm. I placed an urgent work order and the apartment complex immediately contacted Brandon, who showed up promptly and was super friendly. He was there within half an hour of me placing my work order. He tried fixing the fridge but ultimately I needed a new one. This was already after 5 pm on a Monday, I expected to have to wait, especially since it was POURING rain. Brandon literally swapped out the fridge within the hour. Meaning he walked the new fridge to my apartment, took my old one out, and transported the old one out during an absolute downpour. He went above and beyond, and even replaced the light bulb outside of my door while he was at it. It also worries me that the apartment complex only sent him, as I live on the second floor and he had to take a fridge both down the stairs and back up. When I asked if there was anyone else to help him that worked here, he said no. He would not let me help him because that was a liability, which I understand. For worker's safety though, he deserved better, but from what I understand I think he's the only maintenance person here. Hopefully they hire more help, as it would both be safer for him and work orders will be fulfilled more quickly for us. I tried tipping Brandon but he wouldn't let me. I'm still blown away that he did all of that for me in the pouring rain like that, even going so far as to change a light bulb that went out while he was at it, and his attitude was just so friendly. I work in retail management and I know how important these reviews are; he very much deserves the recognition.

My husband and I moved in a couple months ago in the middle of COVID. This meant our income getting cut almost in half and all of our saved money was spent moving. Vanessa (manager) was really understanding and has been helping us through this very difficult time in our lives where we had no where else to turn. The maintenance guy Juan is friendly and very fast so we didn't have to live with our kitchen sink leaking for more than an hour or so. The area is very nice and even though we haven't really explored much around town we are happy to have chosen this place to raise our family and will hopefully be here for many years.

I called last week for information for a 2 bedroom and they were very helpful and I was even able to come by the same day. They were nice enough to show me an apartment even though I can't move until November. They answered all my questions about the area since I don't live here and even told me about a restaurant down the road to go to for lunch. I will be coming back in November to see if they still have anything for me.

I just moved in to this complex this week and so far it is fantastic. Janelle and the rest of the staff have been very kind and help me with any problems I've had. The units themselves are very roomy with good layouts. Some of the appliances could stand to be upgraded but they are in working order (except my dryer, which is scheduled to get fixed money!) Overall I've had a great experience so far with seamless transition to my new home!! And t hi is is one of the few places that actually allow my 55lb siberian husky without any fuss!!

My wife and I have lived here for two years, and I can honestly say that the new manager Janell is absolutely incredible. She could not have arrived at a better time. Her assistant John is very nice also. Janell has way more interest in other people as opposed to thinking about herself. She asked the nicest questions you can imagine. She has a natural empathetic, kind, and contagious personality that makes you realize that your day just got better. We swam at Bull Mountain Heights this summer several times. The pool was clean, hot tub was enjoyable and the grounds were immaculate. The maintance guy is very attentive. The location is ideal- close to everything. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely a 5 star rating, and only getting better with the renovations.
