APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Tigard

This is an edit from a previous post. The new ladies in the office are awesome. Especially Emma, it is like night and day difference between the old staff that worked here.

Bull Mountain Heights has been a nice spot for me, pleasant staff and well kept grounds, it is convenient shopping nearby and it is cozy.

My husband and I moved in a couple months ago in the middle of COVID. This meant our income getting cut almost in half and all of our saved money was spent moving. Vanessa (manager) was really understanding and has been helping us through this very difficult time in our lives where we had no where else to turn. The maintenance guy Juan is friendly and very fast so we didn't have to live with our kitchen sink leaking for more than an hour or so. The area is very nice and even though we haven't really explored much around town we are happy to have chosen this place to raise our family and will hopefully be here for many years.

Iv'e lived here for about a year now and I absolutely love these apartments. Not a bad price for the renovated apartments. Staff has always been super friendly to me. :)

I called last week for information for a 2 bedroom and they were very helpful and I was even able to come by the same day. They were nice enough to show me an apartment even though I can't move until November. They answered all my questions about the area since I don't live here and even told me about a restaurant down the road to go to for lunch. I will be coming back in November to see if they still have anything for me.

The manager Janelle is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. She makes sure you get the best offers and is reliable. I have gone to the pool multiple times and enjoy swimming there, as well as relaxing on the updated patio furniture in the summer

Recently moved into this complex and love the renovations that have been done. We have a dog and love that this complex also has a dog park on site. Janell, the property manager, is honestly the nicest person that you'll meet and is so helpful with everything!

This place rocks! Janell, Jared, or any of the other incredibly kind team members, will hook you up with a place to call home for the days to come.

I just moved in to this complex this week and so far it is fantastic. Janelle and the rest of the staff have been very kind and help me with any problems I've had. The units themselves are very roomy with good layouts. Some of the appliances could stand to be upgraded but they are in working order (except my dryer, which is scheduled to get fixed money!) Overall I've had a great experience so far with seamless transition to my new home!! And t hi is is one of the few places that actually allow my 55lb siberian husky without any fuss!!

Beautiful property in a convenient location with competitive rates! I went on a tour with the property manager, Janell, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions about the community. I really liked the spacious layouts, updated appliances, and the fire place in the 2-bedroom unit I saw. Would love to live in a place like Bull Mountain Heights.
