These are the Best Apartments to enjoy in the Tigard area. The property manager is amazing. My move in was quick and simple. The unit was extremely clean and offered amazing appliance. The entire 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and a wonderful place to call home. My children enjoys all of the events the property throws and the mini park and can’t forget about the amazing pool. Maintenance was quick and reliable most importantly honest ! This should definitely be your choice of home. I looked online and leased. The best choice I made.

Safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors, no nonsense after hours 🤙🏽Makena and Emma have been there every step of the way, EXTREMELY prompt, answering any questions or concerns I’ve had. Maintenance is 10/10 as well. Love this place!

Just moved in a few weeks ago and move has been super smooth thanks to Emma! She’s been super helpful and responsive when it came to any concerns or questions. She was super welcoming to my daughter as well when I brought her to the office which was nice to see. Thank you Emma for all your help I really appreciate it!

We have lived here over 3 years now and we have enjoyed our time very much! The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are well maintained and the staff are friendly and very very helpful. We are extremely grateful for Makena who turned this place around after the previous property manager made a mess!

We’ve been living at Bull Mountain Heights for about two months now, and overall it’s been a great experience. From the very beginning, Emma in the leasing office was amazing to work with—friendly, helpful, and made the move-in process incredibly easy. We’ve had a couple of issues in the apartment, but maintenance was quick to respond and got everything resolved right away, which we really appreciate. The community amenities are another highlight—the pool, hot tub, and gym are all clean, and well-maintained. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, and the grounds are nicely kept. It’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home, and we’re happy we chose Bull Mountain Heights!

Makena and Emma were both wonderful helping with the move-in process. The apartment and amenities are all wonderful. We have only been here for two days, but we are very happy with our choice of moving here.
