Management is lovely and got us moved in quickly and filed away fast. Love the space and view for the price! Everyone here is very friendly and it’s very peaceful at night. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while 🤣 Love the amenities that come included here as well! Amazingly located and the view in the mornings wow oh wow! 🤯

Loved living here, Makena was great & so helpful with everything my family needed. Recommend moving to Bull Mountain Heights, plus there was so much in nearby cities including restaurants, shopping centers, schools & more.

Great apartments with spacious layouts even for the one bedrooms. What was next level about the complex though that I’ve never seen before from an apartment complex was the customer service and family PR from the property managers. Makena and Emma from the front office really know how to go above and beyond for their community and tenants. They work super hard to organize seasonal family events throughout the year which my family enjoyed and thought was really cool, and anytime my household needed them for help, they were on top of everything. Very hardworking and thoughtful people help run that place and it showed when we lived there. 5 stars easily from me.

For a first time apartment dweller, this place was awesome and the girls managing the complex are so nice and informative. Emma helped me during my move-in and just made it so easy. The maintenance crew here is stellar as they kept the property clean, when it came to maintenance in the apartment, they were quick to show up and service. Emma & Makena ( complex management) makes sure to give back to residents with hosting games, treasure hunts on property, winning prizes, food trucks on property, and keeping up with a delicious coffee machine in the clubhouse! It is going to be very hard to move out and find another complex that truly makes you feel welcomed as I never heard of services like what these girls do for the residents. Thank you ladies for all that you do for us! 🩵
