APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Tigard

Always very friendly staff! Anytime I've had questions, they've answered me right away. The units are pretty quiet as well. Very good dog culture, seems most people have dogs here.

I've lived in many different apartments throughout my life, and never have I come across such amazing people as those who work here. Makenna and Emma work in the office, and they are so kind, and actually care about their residents. They are honest as well, a lot of places put on a good face and will say anything before you sign the lease, but these two were so caring throughout the time I lived here, and even after I have moved out. If they tell you something, its not just to get you to sign a lease. They throw resident events each month as well, which we enjoyed, and its a nice way to get to interact with everyone. The maintenance staff is amazing as well, Brandon is quick to resolve any maintenance issues, and is very respectful of your home, and he knows how to fix just about anything. This is the only place I've ever felt sad to leave because of the employees, but it is true, if you live here, you will know what I mean.

Emma was super helpful and always responded in a very timely manner! She answered every question I had and made my move-in incredibly smooth. I even requested that we get an updated stove installed in our unit and it was ready before we moved in.

I want to give a shout out to Brandon, maintenance supervisor. He did a fantastic job helping me with my A/C. I just moved in. Because of Brandon's outgoing personality, etc. I feel like I'm starting to settle in. He's definitely an asset to this property. August 2024- I want to give Ian a shout out for fixing my stove so quickly!! Thx 😊

What a nice part of Tigard, and my dog Buddy loves the smell of the new Beautiful neighborhood and I like everything I want is close by 🦮
